介绍生产 SPV4 90及 Q690 D的工艺实践。通过实验室阶段的研究 ,探讨了屈服强度 >690 MPa钢板的调质工艺与组织状态。提出了钢板成分设计的优化方案。进行了以轧后多道次喷水 +高温回火生产 80 kg级高强度钢板的生产尝试。
Describe the production of SPV4 90 and Q690 D process practice. Through the laboratory research, the quenching and tearing process and microstructure of the steel plate with yield strength> 690 MPa were discussed. The optimal design scheme of steel plate is proposed. The trial production of 80 kg high-strength steel plate after multi-pass spraying + high-temperature tempering was carried out.
