红糖,一直以来就是产妇坐月子的必备品之一。很多地方都有女人在产后喝红糖补身子的习俗,还会在一些食物里面加上红糖,没错,红糖确实是产妇在坐月子期间不可多得的滋补佳品。中医认为:红糖具有益气补血,健脾暧胃,缓中止痛,活血化淤的作用,在日常的生活中,很多人也会喝红糖补血。不过,在这儿我要说的是,红糖虽好,但是产妇不宜长期服用,尤其坐月子是从头喝到尾就更不可取了。古代的医学家早就认识到了这一点,李时珍在《本草纲目》一书
