以丙烯酸类单体和废革屑中提取的胶原蛋白为原料,以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,选用阴离子和非离子乳化剂进行复配作为乳化剂,通过种子乳液聚合方法合成胶黏剂,采用FTIR、TG等测试技术进行表征,考察单体的配比、加料方式、复配乳化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对乳液性能和胶膜性能的影响。研究结果发现,最佳反应条件为:采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,软硬单体配比为9∶1、乳化剂用量为2%、反应温度为85℃,反应时间为5~6 h。
Using acrylic acid monomer and collagen extracted from waste tannery as raw material, using potassium persulfate (KPS) as initiator, selecting anionic and nonionic emulsifier as emulsifier and synthesizing adhesive by seed emulsion polymerization The effects of monomer ratio, feeding method, emulsifier dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of emulsion and film were investigated by FTIR, TG and other testing techniques. The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization, the ratio of hard and soft monomer was 9:1, the dosage of emulsifier was 2%, the reaction temperature was 85 ℃ and the reaction time was 5 ~ 6 h.
