以往大量的内、外环境材料(发、血、尿及主粮)分析结果证实:克山病地区均处于低硒地带。地学联合调查组在克山病与自然地理,特别是化学地理环境关系方面做过详细的调查证实克山病地区确属于低硒环境。本文对克山病区、高硒地区及正常地区土壤中硒的含量及生物利用率进行了探讨,进一步为克山病区低硒环境提供证据,同时为改善病区环境条件提供线索。
In the past a large number of internal and external environmental materials (hair, blood, urine and staple food) analysis confirmed: Keshan disease areas are in the low selenium zone. Geosciences Joint Investigation Team in Keshan disease and natural geography, especially chemical geography environment has done a detailed investigation confirmed Keshan disease indeed belong to the low selenium environment. In this paper, the content and bioavailability of selenium in soil in Keshan ward, high selenium area and normal area were discussed, which provided evidence for low selenium environment in Keshan disease area and provided clues for improving environmental conditions in ward area.
