自改革开放以来,我国经济得到了快速发展,煤炭企业作为市场经济中的重要组成部分,为我国国民经济的增长做出很大贡献。当前全球化经济发展十分迅速,企业之间的竞争十分激烈,煤矿企业在发展的过程中很大程度上提高了自身的生产效率,而且各项工作的管理水平和能力都得到了很大提升。但是外部环境的变化使得煤矿企业面临着巨大的挑战,煤矿企业必须不断提高自身员工的专业素质,建立一支高水平的员工队伍,通过加强员工的培训管理能够实现这一企业目标,同时对于煤矿企业突破自身发展瓶颈,实现可持续发展起到积极的作用。文章针对当前我国煤矿企业如何加强员工的培训管理进行分析,并在此前提下,提出了有效措施,希望能够促进我国煤矿企业实现快速发展。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has witnessed rapid development. As an important part of the market economy, coal enterprises have made great contributions to the growth of our national economy. At present, the globalization of economy is developing rapidly and the competition among enterprises is very fierce. During the process of development, the coal mining enterprises greatly improve their own production efficiency, and the management level and ability of various tasks have been greatly improved. However, the changes in the external environment make the coal mining enterprises face enormous challenges. Coal mining enterprises must continuously improve the professional quality of their own employees, establish a high-level workforce and achieve this goal by strengthening employee training management. At the same time, Enterprises to break through their own development bottlenecks, to achieve sustainable development play a positive role. This article analyzes how to strengthen the training and management of the employees in our country’s coal mining enterprises at present, and puts forward effective measures on the premise of this, hoping to promote the rapid development of China’s coal mining enterprises.
