本文动态观察了产后6周内母乳中T_3、T_4含量的变化,结果表明:母初乳、过渡乳和成熟乳中T_3、T_4含量无显著差异,初乳中T_3含量约为母血清T_3含量的1/3,但两者之间无显著相关关系,早产儿和足月儿的母初乳中T_3含量亦无显著差异。说明母乳中含有一定量的T_3,母乳中T_3不是从母血简单扩散而来,可能是T_4在乳腺中脱碘产生。
The dynamic changes of T_3 and T_4 in breast milk after 6 weeks postpartum were observed. The results showed that the contents of T_3 and T_4 in mother milk, transition milk and mature milk had no significant difference. The content of T_3 in colostrum was about the content of serum T_3 1/3, but there was no significant correlation between the two. There was no significant difference in the content of T_3 in mother’s colostrum between preterm and term infants. That breast milk contains a certain amount of T_3, breast milk T_3 is not simply spread from the maternal blood, may be T_4 deiodination in the breast.
