本文通过田间试验和盆栽水稻的减数分裂期冷水处理方法,进一步明确佐竹等人提出的前历深水防止冷害的效果。结果表明,在水稻减数分裂期14.5℃冷水处理条件下,前历深水灌溉的耐冷性(结实指数)比浅水灌溉提高5.3~14.1%。在不孕发生率50%情况下,前历深水比浅水的不孕减轻率可达10%以上。前历深水的花药充实花粉数明显高于浅水灌溉。在无冷害年条件下,前历深水灌溉一般能增产3.5~5.6%,有时可达5~7%。由此可见,幼穗形成后采用10cm深水灌溉的前历深水方法,是一项提高水稻耐冷抗性的防止冷害的新技术。
In this paper, through field experiments and potted rice meiosis cold water treatment method, to further clarify the Zuo Zhu et al proposed before the deep water to prevent chilling damage effect. The results showed that under the conditions of cold water treatment at 14.5 ℃ at meiosis stage, the cold tolerance (compaction index) of Qianli deep-water irrigation increased by 5.3 ~ 14.1% compared with shallow water irrigation. In the incidence of infertility 50% of cases, before the calendar deep water than shallow water infertility mitigation rate of up to 10%. Former deep-water anther enrichment pollen was significantly higher than shallow water irrigation. Without chilling conditions, Qianli deep-water irrigation generally yields 3.5-5.6%, sometimes up to 5-7%. It can be seen that the pre-deepwater method using 10cm deep-water irrigation after panicle formation is a new technique to prevent chilling damage in rice.
