研究了海水淡化浓排水中的金属铜对2种海洋微藻塔玛亚历山大藻和海洋原甲藻的影响。配制一系列含不同含量Cu2+的海水培养了2种海洋微藻,统计海藻生长过程中的藻细胞数量变化,做出不同Cu2+含量下海藻的生长曲线,了解Cu2+对海藻生长的影响;利用生物显微镜观察海洋微藻在不同Cu2+含量环境中的生存状况及细胞形态变化。结果表明,Cu2+含量的升高会一定程度上限制塔玛亚历山大藻的生长、繁殖和游动能力,而对细胞形态的变化影响较小;Cu2+的加入会对海洋原甲藻的细胞形态产生较大影响,但是随着培养时间的延续,则会对海藻的生长和繁殖起到一定的促进作用。
The effects of copper metal in seawater desalination thick drainage on two marine microalgae, Alexandria tamarense and Prorocentrum donghaiense were studied. A series of seawater with different content of Cu2 + was prepared to culture two kinds of marine microalgae. The change of algae cells in algae growth was calculated. The growth curve of algae under different Cu2 + content was obtained to understand the effect of Cu2 + on the growth of seaweed. To observe the marine microalgae in different Cu2 + content of the environment and the survival of cell morphology changes. The results showed that the increase of Cu2 + could limit the growth, reproduction and swimming ability of Alexandrium tamarense to a certain extent, but had little effect on the change of cell morphology. The addition of Cu2 + Great influence, but with the continuation of training time, it will play a certain role in promoting the growth and reproduction of seaweed.
