幼儿园的教育教学工作需要大量的资料和教玩具。如何保管好这些物品是幼儿园管理中不可忽视的一个问题。我从1990年开始从事保管工作,经过不断努力,我园的保管室已初具规模,为教育教学工作的顺利开展提供了有效的保障,受到了领导和老师们的好评。一、分类与编目各级各类幼儿园的保管室大小不一,但其中所保管的不外乎:图书、图片、教玩具(不包括大型玩具)、办公用品、服装、音像带以及报纸杂志等。我在实践中体会到:按各种物品的类别编目录、做卡片是个好办法。
