分析橡胶隔膜在实际工作中的情况,建立隔膜二维轴对称结构隔膜有限元模型和三维模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对隔膜真空泵橡胶隔膜进行分析计算,从理论力学模型分析计算和实验验证两种方法对仿真分析结果进行验证,并利用分析结果对橡胶隔膜的结构设计进行优化。
The rubber diaphragm was analyzed in actual work. The diaphragm finite element model and the three-dimensional model of the diaphragm were built.
