目的了解口岸蝇类携带寄生虫卵与病原菌情况。方法将蝇体匀浆后进行细菌分离纯培养,采用梅里埃公司的全自动微生物鉴定系统,进行细菌鉴定;用离心沉淀法及饱和盐水浮聚法检测寄生虫卵。结果共鉴定出蝇类14属21种,分离出30种致病菌及条件致病菌,从输入性大头金蝇体内检测到肝吸虫卵和蛔虫卵。结论本研究为口岸蝇媒流行病学监测提供了技术支持。
Objective To understand the flies carrying parasite eggs and pathogenic bacteria at the port. Methods After the flies were homogenized, the bacteria were isolated and purely cultured, and the bacteria were identified by using the automatic microorganism identification system of Merial. The parasite eggs were detected by centrifugal precipitation method and saturated saline flooding method. Results A total of 21 flies, 14 genera, were identified, and 30 kinds of pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic bacteria were isolated. Liver flukes and roundworm eggs were detected from the imported plucked golden flies. Conclusion The study provided technical support for the monitoring of port-fly media epidemiology.
