在气井开采过程中,若气体流量太大,会对井口设备产生严重的冲蚀、磨蚀损坏;若气流量过小,则砂粒不能够被携带出井口而堆积在井底造成砂堵油管、躺井等严重事故。所以,确定一种能够实际应用的临界携砂模型至关重要。本文借助自发研制的垂直井筒携砂实验装置,对气流携砂模型进行室内研究,研究了不同气量和压力下气流携砂状况,分析实验数据得出,所确定的模型对油田生产具有一定的指导借鉴意义。
