构建和谐社会的基础在社区,社会管理创新的重点也在社区。社区社会组织是党委、政府进行基层社会管理和服务的重要抓手。本文选取了以沈阳、大连和鞍山为代表的三个辽宁城市样本,旨在分析基层社会组织参与社会管理创新的路径选择,并对充分认识和发挥社区社会组织的功能和作用提出了对策建议。 The basis of building a harmonious society In the community, social management innovation is also the focus of the community. Community social organizations are the important starting point for party committees and governments in conducting grass-roots social management and services. This paper selects three cities in Liaoning Province represented by Shenyang, Dalian and Anshan to analyze the path selection of grass-roots social organizations participating in social management innovation and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for fully understanding and giving play to the functions and roles of community social organizations.
