针对等容膀胱压有创测量技术存在的诸多缺点,我们在可控充气阴茎袖带基础上研发了一种等容膀胱压无创测量系统。该系统测量过程简单易行,其测量结果提供了患者在排尿期间等容膀胱压的定量信息,测量数据结合尿流率测定可为医生提供有关病人梗阻与非梗阻的判断依据。
In view of the many shortcomings of isovival bladder pressure invasive measurement technology, we developed a noninvasive measurement system of isovolic bladder pressure based on the controllable inflatable penis cuff. The measurement process of the system is simple and easy. The measurement results provide the quantitative information about the isovolumic bladder pressure during urination. The measurement data combined with the determination of uroflow rate can provide doctors with the basis for judging the obstruction and non-obstruction of patients.
