In our hospital from July 1997 to June 2000, a total of 18 patients with iatrogenic upper urinary tract double-J tube detention were treated with transurethral ureteroscopic catheterization and 16 patients were successfully treated , 2 cases failed, are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data of the group of 18 cases, 11 males and 7 females, aged 14 to 75 years, mean 42.5 years. 7 cases on the left and 11 cases on the right.
