1972年以来,中国与日本经贸来往渐多。日本人开始来中国大量收购魔芋,老百姓还不知道人家要它干什么。那时候四川、湖南等省野生的比较多,很受日本人欢迎。后来才知道,日本人买回去加工成魔芋食品,对人体健康有诸多好处。于是,国内开始大力推广种植,为的是出口换汇。直到现在,也依然主要是供应出口,而且出口的是原料或者粗加工产品,即魔芋或者魔芋粉。其实,魔芋在我国有悠久的食用和栽培历史,还有一段美丽的传说呢。 Since 1972, China’s economic and trade relations with Japan have grown.
