根据国防科工委(1984)计综字第47号文组织编制的《军用设备环境试验方法》(气候部份)审订会,于1986年3月5日至3月9日在北京召开。参加会议的有总参、总后、二炮、空军、陆军、航空部、航天部、兵器部、电子部、中船总公司和科工委等50个部门单位共78名代表。军标中心研究室受科工委综合计划部的委托,主持了会议。科工委计划部刘传贤副局长参加会议并讲了话。 According to the “Military Equipment Environmental Testing Methods” (Climate Division) Review Conference compiled by the National Committee for Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (1984) Qizzy word No. 47, held in Beijing from March 5 to March 9, 1986. Participants at the conference included a total of 78 delegates from 50 departments and units, including the General Staff Headquarters, the General Headquarters, the Second Artillery Corps, the Air Force, the Army, the Aviation Department, the Department of Space Affairs, the Weaponry Department, the Electronics Department, the China Shipbuilding Corporation, and the Commission of Science and Industry. Military standard center laboratory commissioned by the comprehensive planning department of science and Industry Commission, presided over the meeting. Deputy Commissioner Liu Chuanxian of Planning Commission of the Ministry of Science and Technology attended the meeting and made a speech.
