目的 :研究中国人恒牙根管系统中侧副管的解剖形态 ,为牙髓治疗提供依据。方法 :用透明标本法将3 80 3个恒牙依次作髓腔染色 ,5 %盐酸脱矿 ,酒精系列脱水 ,置入冬青油中制成透明牙。结果 :观察到的侧副管有 5型 :根管侧支、根尖分歧、根尖分叉、管间吻合和旁管。统计各型侧副管在不同牙位、同一牙位不同根管中的发生率。结论 :侧副管解剖形态在不同牙位、同一牙位的不同根管中具有一定规律性 ,掌握其分布规律具有重要临床意义。 OBJECTIVE: To study the anatomic morphology of the lateral ducts in the Chinese permanent root canal system and to provide evidence for the treatment of pulp. Methods: 3 803 permanent teeth were sequentially dyed in the medullary cavity, 5% hydrochloric acid was demineralized, dehydrated in alcohol series, and placed in wintergreen oil to make transparent teeth. Results: There were 5 types of lateral duct observed: lateral branch of root canal, apical branch, root bifurcation, anastomosis of tube and side tube. Statistics of each side of the deputy tube in different teeth, the same tooth in different root canal incidence. Conclusion: The anatomic morphology of lateral ducts has some regularities in different root positions and in different root canals. To grasp its distribution has important clinical significance.
