目的:比较经上皮准分子激光角膜切削术(transPRK)与飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)的术后光学区的偏中心量,并分析相关因素。方法:回顾性研究。济南市第二人民医院2019年1月至6月行SMILE和transPRK矫正近视手术各55例(110眼),术后随诊3个月,比较两组光学区的偏心量及相关因素。结果:术后3个月transPRK组和SMILE组的偏心量分别为(0.29±0.14) mm和(0.30±0.14)mm,差异无统计学意义(n t=-0.984,n P=0.326)。但按坐标形式,则X轴和Y轴偏心量两组之间差异均有统计学意义(n t=-5.472, n P0.2 mm的术后偏心量均明显高于≤0.2 mm组。n 结论:TransPRK和SMILE手术术后具有相似的偏心量;kappa角大于0.2 mm者,容易导致光学区偏中心。“,”Objective:To compare the decentration of the optical zone center between transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (transPRK) and small incision lenticule extration (SMILE), and analyze the related factors.Methods:This was a retrospective study. A total of 110 eyes of 55 cases underwent transPRK, and 110 eyes of 55 patients underwent SMILE from Jan. to Jun. 2019 in the Second People’s Hospital of Jinan were included in this study. All patients were follow-up for 3 months to compare the decentratian of the optical zone center between two groups and related factors.Results:The decentration of transPRK group and SMILE group were (0.29 ± 0.14)mm and (0.30 ± 0.14)mm respectively, there was no significant difference (n t=-0.984, n P=0.326). When the angle kappa was divided into X-axis and Y-axis, the differences in decentration between the two groups in X-axis and Y-axis were both significantly different (n t=-5.472, n P0.2 mm was significantly higher than that in angle kappa ≤0.2 mm.n Conclusion:TransPRK and SMILE have similar optical zone decentration after operation. Angle kappa greater than 0.2 mm is easy to cause the decentration of the optical zone.
