教师是新课程改革的执行者和主要推进者,教师的教育理念,教学行为,对学生的评价方式直接影响着课改的进程。通过调查研究表明,我省示范性高中的数学师资力量达到要求,但是知识老化和储备不足导致部分教师不能完全适应课改的要求;普遍接受过不同层次的课改培训,新课程理念基本掌握,但是贯彻的力度有待加强;教师的教学方法和学生的学习方式还有待进一步转变;评价单一的现状还没有得到根本改变。
Teachers are the implementers and main proponents of the new curriculum reform. The educational philosophy and teaching behavior of teachers and the evaluation of students have a direct impact on the course of curriculum reform. Through the investigation and study, it shows that the mathematics teachers in the demonstration high schools in our province meet the requirements, but some teachers can not fully meet the requirements of curriculum reform due to the aging knowledge and lack of reserves. They have generally accepted different levels of curriculum reform and the basic concepts of the new curriculum, However, the intensity of implementation needs to be strengthened; the teaching methods of teachers and students’ learning styles have yet to be further transformed; and the status quo of single evaluation has not been fundamentally changed yet.
