基础英语课程是英语专业基础阶段的一门主干课程,其传统教学模式的弊端显露无疑,亟待解决。翻转课堂模式要求学生课前自主学习,完成语言的记忆和理解任务,而教师利用课上时间答疑解惑,更多地关注应用、分析、评价和创造等高级认知活动。翻转课堂要求教师角色相应发生转换,由知识的传授者转变为学生学习的激励者、指引者、组织者、参与者和评价者。因此,教师需要树立正确的教育观念,提高自身的英语学科素养和教育教学素养。
The basic English course is a key course in the basic stage of English major. The disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode are exposed and need to be solved urgently. Flip classroom model requires students to learn before class to complete the task of language memory and understanding, and teachers use class time to answer doubts, pay more attention to the application, analysis, evaluation and creation of advanced cognitive activities. Flip classroom requires the role of teachers corresponding conversion, from the transfer of knowledge to students learning motivation, guidance, organizers, participants and evaluators. Therefore, teachers need to establish a correct concept of education, improve their own English discipline and education and teaching quality.
