采用工频交流伺服焊枪进行Q&P钢的电阻点焊,探讨了焊接电流、焊接时间及电极压力对点焊接头熔核直径和拉剪强度的影响规律,并对焊接接头的显微组织和显微硬度进行了分析;采用液压伺服疲劳试验机对不同熔核直径的Q&P钢点焊接头进行了拉剪疲劳试验,获得了焊点的载荷寿命曲线,分析了焊点的裂纹扩展及失效形式。结果表明,接头熔核直径和拉剪强度随焊接工艺参数改变呈规律性变化,存在最佳值;熔核区组织为板条状马氏体;熔核直径对焊接接头的疲劳性能有影响但影响不大。
The effect of welding current, welding time and electrode pressure on the nugget diameter and tensile strength of Q & P steel was investigated by AC servo welding torch. The microstructure and microstructure of welded joint The hardness of the welded joints was analyzed by using the hydraulic servo fatigue tester. The fatigue life tests of Q & P steel joints with different nugget diameters were carried out. The load life curves of the welded joints were obtained. The crack propagation and failure modes were analyzed. The results show that the nugget diameter and tensile strength change regularly with the change of welding process parameters, and there exists the best value. The nugget zone structure is slab martensite. The nugget diameter affects the fatigue properties of welded joints Has little effect.
