煤矿突发水灾会对矿井造成巨大的财产损失,建立煤矿水灾应急物流系统,可以更加有效地调配各种救灾物资,使救灾工作能够迅速、有序地进行。基于系统化思维,建立了煤矿水灾应急物流系统模型,提出煤矿水灾应急物流系统可靠性可拓综合评价模型,通过计算其关联函数与综合关联度,实现了煤矿水灾应急物流系统可靠性的综合评价,并结合案例进行了实证分析。
