某热轧生产线万能轧机采用Profibus DP网络进行位移传感器、编码器、ET200从站等现场设备与西门子S7 400主站CPU之间的通信。对其瞬间脱网故障进行分析,利用Profi Trace网络测试仪分析通信信号波形和电压,查找网络故障原因,然后通过增加网络中继器RS485和调整网络站点连接位置,对该区域的网络拓扑结构进行优化。优化后,有效提高了该区域的网络通信质量,大幅降低了网络故障发生率和故障损失。
A hot rolling production line universal mill using Profibus DP network for displacement sensors, encoders, ET200 slaves and other field devices and Siemens S7 400 master CPU communication. Analysis of its instantaneous network failure, the use of Profi Trace network analyzer analysis of communication signal waveform and voltage, find the cause of network failure, and then by adding network repeater RS485 and adjust the network site connection location of the network topology for the region optimization.
