目的了解浙江省非医学科技工作者癌症预防相关知识、态度和行为(knowledge、attitude and practices,KAP)状况,分析可能影响癌症预防KAP的因素,为制定科学有效的癌症预防策略提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,问卷调查800位浙江省非医学科技工作者,进行关于癌症预防知-信-行的调查。结果本调查回收有效问卷748份,调查发现浙江省非医学科技工作者对癌症预防相关知识的总知晓率为73.41%,态度的总认同率为82.22%,行为的总形成率为62.43%;电视(或广播)和网络是癌症预防知识的主要获取途径;多因素分析结果表明,高学历和男性分别是促进和妨碍癌症预防KAP水平中知识知晓的重要因素,其OR值分别为2.75(95%CI:1.91~3.96)和0.53(95%CI:0.37~0.77)。已婚则是促进癌症预防KAP水平中行为形成的重要因素,其OR值为1.51(95%CI:1.06~2.16)。结论浙江省非医学科技工作者癌症预防行为总的形成率水平相对较低,有关癌症预防知识的宣传途径也较为单一,并且癌症预防KAP水平受到多种因素的影响。
Objective To understand the status of knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) related to cancer prevention among non-medical scientists in Zhejiang province, and analyze the factors that may influence KAP in cancer prevention, so as to provide basis for formulating scientific and effective cancer prevention strategies. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to survey 800 non-medical science and technology workers in Zhejiang Province and conducted an investigation on cancer prevention, knowledge, and belief. Results The survey collected 748 valid questionnaires. The survey found that the total awareness rate of knowledge about cancer prevention among non-medical science and technology workers in Zhejiang Province was 73.41%, the total recognition rate of attitude was 82.22%, and the total formation rate of behavior was 62.43%; TV (or broadcasting) and the Internet is the main access to cancer prevention knowledge; multi-factor analysis results show that high education and men are important factors in promoting and impeding the knowledge of KAP in cancer prevention. The OR values are 2.75 (95%). CI: 1.91 to 3.96) and 0.53 (95% CI: 0.37 to 0.77). Marriage is an important factor in promoting behavioral development in the prevention of KAP in cancer, with an OR of 1.51 (95% CI: 1.06 to 2.16). Conclusion The overall rate of cancer prevention behaviors of non-medical scientists in Zhejiang is relatively low, and the promotion of cancer prevention knowledge is relatively simple. The level of KAP in cancer prevention is affected by many factors.
