作者对10例(8例女性,2例男性)有典型活动性盘状红斑狼疮(DLE)皮损而无皮肤外器官受累的DLE患者,14例完全符合美国风湿病协会诊断标准的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者(均为女性),临床上7例活动,7例非活动。4例活动性患者平均每日用49毫克强的松龙治疗,4例非活动性患者平均每日用29毫克强的松龙治疗,还有未治疗的活动性及非活动性患者各3例,以及20名正常女性对照者,用免疫荧光法和与绵羊红细胞形成自然玫瑰花瓣的方法分别检测了其周围血液中的B和T淋巴细胞的绝对数。结果发现:(1)不管治疗或疾病活动与否,SLE患者血液中的总淋巴细胞数均低于DLE患者和正常对照者(正常对照者平均淋巴细
