目的 探讨高血压性脑出血的微创治疗及疗效。方法 应用YL- 1 型颅内血肿穿刺针配合血肿粉碎器、血肿液化剂对经CT 定位的颅内血肿进行早期治疗,并观察疗效。结果 微创治疗脑出血其死亡率及重残率均低于以往大宗文献报道的水平。结论 高血压脑出血的微创治疗安全简便,损伤轻微,不受场地限制且疗效明显
Objective To investigate the minimally invasive treatment and curative effect of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods YL-1 intracranial hematoma needle combined with hematoma shredder, hematoma liquefaction agent for early treatment of CT-located intracranial hematoma, and observe the curative effect. Results Minimally invasive treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage mortality and disability were lower than previously reported in the bulk of the literature. Conclusion minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is safe and easy with minimal damage, site-free and obvious curative effect
