目的 探讨吸烟对人体内血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和丙二醛 (MDA)水平的影响。方法 采用横断面调查方法 ,对 2 2 6名健康男性吸烟者和非吸烟者测定血清SOD和MDA。结果 吸烟组血清SOD和MDA含量均明显高于非吸烟组 (P <0 0 0 1) ;在吸烟者中 ,随着吸烟年限增加 ,血清MDA含量增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而SOD含量未见显著性差异。结论 吸烟对机体抗氧化能力有影响
Objective To investigate the effects of smoking on the levels of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in human. Methods Twenty-two healthy male smokers and nonsmokers were tested for serum SOD and MDA using a cross-sectional investigation. Results The levels of serum SOD and MDA in smoking group were significantly higher than those in non-smoking group (P <0.01). In smokers, serum MDA level increased with the increase of smoking duration (P <0.05) No significant difference was found. Conclusion Smoking has an impact on the antioxidant capacity of the body
