棉酚的抗精子作用,在细胞水平上是以变态期精子细胞和中、晚期精母细胞受损而实现的,而在亚细胞水平上则以线粒体损伤最剧。放射化学研究表明,~(14)C-棉酚在大鼠睾丸5种亚细胞组分中以线粒体含量最高。本研究旨在以电镜放射自显影技术探讨棉酚的亚细胞作用位点,进一步阐明棉酚的生物学作用机理。
The anti-sperm effect of gossypol is achieved at the cellular level by the damage of spermatocytes and metaphase and late spermatocytes in the metamorphosis stage, and the most mitochondrial damage at the subcellular level. Radiochemical studies showed that ~ (14) C-gossypol had the highest mitochondrial content among the five subcellular components in rat testes. The purpose of this study is to investigate the subcellular location of gossypol by electron microscopy and to elucidate the biological mechanism of gossypol.
