目的掌握首都空港口岸蚊类种群构成、分布、密度和季节消长,为防治口岸蚊类和蚊媒传染病提供科学依据。方法采用CO2诱蚊灯法对首都空港口岸不同生境蚊类进行调查,进行种类鉴定和病原体检测,并对资料进行统计分析。结果此次调查共捕获成蚊11457只,经鉴定隶属于1科3属5种;淡色库蚊占捕获总数的88.59%,为首都空港口岸优势蚊种,背点伊蚊为首都空港口岸罕见蚊种;平均密度39.78只/h·灯,最低密度0.73只/h·灯,最高密度71.9只/h·灯,呈现双峰波浪型变化;病原体检测均为阴性。结论首都空港口岸成蚊密度处于较高水平,季节消长规律明显,不同生境蚊种构成和平均密度存在一定差异,淡色库蚊为首都空港口岸的绝对优势种,应成为今后防治的重点;应在监测的基础上建立风险分析系统进行风险预警和风险管理。
Objective To understand the composition, distribution, density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito population in the port of the capital and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of port mosquito and mosquito-borne diseases. Methods CO2 mosquito lamp method was used to investigate the mosquitoes in different habitats of the capital airport port, and the species identification and pathogen detection were carried out. The data were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 11 457 adult mosquitoes were captured and identified in this survey, belonging to 3 genera and 1 genus. Culex pipiens pallens accounted for 88.59% of the total catch, which was the dominant mosquito species in the airport port of the capital. Aedes aegypti was a rare mosquito in the capital airport port The average density of 39.78 / h light, the lowest density of 0.73 / h light, the highest density of 71.9 / h light, showing a bimodal wave changes; pathogen detection were negative. Conclusions The density of adult mosquitoes in the capital airport ports is at a high level with obvious seasonal fluctuation. The composition and average density of mosquitoes in different habitats are different. The dominant species of Culex pipiens pallens are the absolute dominant species in the capital airport ports and should be the focus of future prevention and treatment. Monitoring based on the establishment of risk analysis system for risk warning and risk management.
