《法律基础》课是国家教育部规定的普通高等学校学生的公共必修课,是全面推进素质教育和加强大学生法律观念的一条重要渠道。近年来由于对《法律基础》课的教学要求越来越高,势必要求教师在讲授该课的过程中采用灵活多样,学生乐于接受,易于接受的施教方法。但是,该课程内容多,教学时数少,怎样根据不同层次学生的情况实施教学,达到教学目的要求,需要进一步探讨。五年制高职学生是一个特殊的群体,针对这一群体特点,怎样实施教学,笔者根据教学大纲的要求,结合多年的教学情况,对《法律基础》课的教学目标、教学理念、教学方式谈一谈自己的见解与看法。
