Wnt / β-catenin signal transduction pathway is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. The main abnormalities of this pathway are the abnormal accumulation of β-catenin (β-cat) in cytoplasm and nucleus, the mutation of β-cat gene (CTNNB1), the gene of adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) And the changes of other components in this pathway, as well as the activation of downstream target genes such as cyclinD1 and survivin. These target genes are mostly related to cell cycle and apoptosis and cell proliferation, thus affecting the normal regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation, Proliferation, leading to cancer. Therefore, Wnt / β-cat signal pathway can be used as an important target of cervical cancer treatment. Through the intervention of this pathway, the expression of target genes can be adjusted and returned to normal so as to achieve the goal of inhibiting tumor growth and treating tumors. This will be Cervical cancer signal pathway treatment of effective methods.
