目的:研究治疗白癜风的53味中药对蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的影响。方法:采用蘑菇酪氨酸酶多巴速率氧化法测定酪氨酸酶活性,反应物2mL,37℃孵育10min后,加0.15%DL-多巴1mL,再孵育2min,用分光光度计于475nm处测定吸光度A值(A475)。共分为4组,每种药物实验均重复3次。结果:生地黄、沙苑子、苍耳子等47味中药有上调蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的作用。结论:上调酪氨酸酶活性的中药对临床治疗白癜风具有重要参考价值。
Objective: To study the effect of 53 herbs for treating vitiligo on mushroom tyrosinase activity. Methods: The activity of tyrosinase was determined by the tyrosinase Doppler rate oxidation method. The reaction mixture was incubated in 2mL and incubated at 37 ℃ for 10min, then 0.15mL DL-dopa was added to 1mL and incubated for another 2min. The absorbance A value (A475) was measured. Divided into 4 groups, each drug experiment were repeated 3 times. Results: Forty - seven herbs such as Radix Rehmanniae Decoction, Fructus Schisandrae, Fructus Xanthii had the effect of up - regulating the activity of mushroom tyrosinase. Conclusion: The Chinese medicine which increases the tyrosinase activity has an important reference value for clinical treatment of vitiligo.
