目的在中山市建立覆盖全市的危险化学品事故分析与评估信息平台,便于进行快速危害评估,提出医学应急救援预案,指导相关部门开展医学救援工作。方法对中山市危险化学品生产和存储企业共116家以及44家加油站存储企业开展问卷调查,获取化学品种类数量分布、储存方式、存放地点等信息,使用Map Info地图管理器软件在中山市的地图中创建编辑出各生产和存储企业危险化学源的具体地点,同时收集中山市近10年各镇区的人口密度资料及气象资料与救援资源分布等资料录入系统平台,建立中山市化学中毒突发事故危害评估系统和救援信息查询数据库。结果系统能对中山市发生急性化学品中毒及泄漏事故作出预测,确定危险源,并评估危害程度,指导专业人员尽快确定救援方案。结论该系统具有较好的科学性和先进性,可以对中山市发生的突发化学中毒事故进行定量危害评估,提供应急救援措施建议。
Objective To establish an information platform for accidental analysis and assessment of hazardous chemicals covering the whole city of Zhongshan in order to facilitate the rapid hazard assessment and put forward medical emergency rescue plan to guide the relevant departments to carry out medical rescue work. Methods A total of 116 enterprises and 44 gas station storage enterprises in hazardous chemicals manufacturing and storage enterprises in Zhongshan City were surveyed to obtain information on quantity distribution, storage method and storage location of chemical species. Map Info Map Manager software was used in Zhongshan City Of the map to create and edit the production and storage of hazardous chemicals business specific locations, and collected nearly 10 years of Zhongshan City, population density and meteorological data and rescue resources distribution and other information input system platform to establish Zhongshan City, chemical poisoning Accident hazard assessment system and rescue information inquiry database. Results The system can forecast the acute chemical poisoning and leakage accident in Zhongshan City, identify the source of danger, assess the degree of harm, and guide the professionals to determine the rescue plan as soon as possible. Conclusion The system has good scientific and advanced nature, which can quantitatively assess the accidental chemical poisoning accident in Zhongshan City and provide emergency rescue measures.
