新闻背景北京市审计局的一份报告显示,京石高速公路北京段截至2004年12月已累计收费17亿余元,偿还贷款等款项后还剩余近6亿元。北京市人大代表李淑媛认为,根据“贷款修路、收费还贷”的原则,京石高速公路北京段应停止收费。不过,代表的建议并没有得到肯定的回复。此外,相关部门已将该路段的经营权授予首发公司,允许其经营到2029年。(2007年7月6日《京华时报》)
News Background A report by the Beijing Audit Office shows that the Beijing section of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway has accumulated a fee of 1.7 billion yuan as of December 2004 and nearly 600 million yuan remains after it repayments such as loans. Li Shuyuan, deputies to the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, believes that according to the principle of “lending roads, paying back loans ”, the Beijing section of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Expressway should stop charging. However, the representative’s suggestion did not receive a positive reply.
