党的十八大将科学发展观作为党的行动指南,其中关于以人为本的论述十分精辟:“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。”科学发展观将“以人为本”当成自己的核心任务和本职工作,为了更好地推进人全面而自由的发展,更好地加快经济社会发展。文章立足高职院校人事管理工作实践,探索建立以人为本的人事管理模式,在此过程中,分析了高职院校在认识管理模式的问题和不足,并在此基础上提出了三个创新、四个坚持以及五个转变,以图更好地建立以人为本的高职院校人事管理模式。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC adopted the scientific concept of development as a guiding principle for the party. Among them, the statement on people-oriented is very incisive: “Adhering to people-oriented principle, establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and promoting the economic, social and people’s all-round development.” The concept of scientific development regards “people-oriented” as its core task and its own work, and in order to better promote the all-round and free development of people and speed up economic and social development better. Based on the practice of personnel management in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the establishment of a people-oriented personnel management model. In this process, the problems and shortcomings of higher vocational colleges in recognizing the management mode are analyzed. Based on this, three innovations, Four perseverance and five changes in order to better establish a people-oriented personnel management model of higher vocational colleges.
