色散对一维光子晶体能带中光场的影响

利用特征矩阵的方法推导出光在一维光子晶体中光场的分布公式,利用光场的分布公式和材料色散公式研究了材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场分布的影响。研究表明:对于禁带,材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场的分布不会产生明显影响;对于导带,材料色散对一维光子晶体内部光场的分布会产生明显的影响。这些规律的获得加深了对一维光子晶体性质的认识。 The distribution formula of light field in one-dimensional photonic crystal is deduced by using the characteristic matrix method. The influence of material dispersion on the distribution of light field in one-dimensional photonic crystal is studied by using the distribution formula of the light field and the material dispersion formula. The results show that for the forbidden band, the material dispersion does not affect the distribution of the light field inside the one-dimensional photonic crystal. For the conduction band, the dispersion of the material has a significant effect on the distribution of the light field inside the one-dimensional photonic crystal. The acquisition of these laws has deepened the understanding of the properties of one-dimensional photonic crystals.
