我们研制出了一种新型V形块,其加工方法如下: 假定要磨削一根φ50mm的曲轴,用圣φ10mm淬硬的定位销作为支承件,须经坐标镗削并用铰刀修整的四个孔的位置在φ60mm的圆周上。这样,就可在板块的中心处镗削四个φ10mm的孔以及一个φ54mm的孔一或比曲轴的直径大4mm。然后再把板块切割成两半,并将四个标准的淬硬的定位销轴紧紧镶入。该V形块不仅比传统的V形块更精确,而且使用方便。
