目的分析缬沙坦对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的脂联素、TGF-β1、periostin表达影响。方法将45只小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组及观察组,观察组和模型组行VMC造模,空白组正常饲养;空白组、模型组用生理盐水灌胃,观察组用缬沙坦干预;检测脂联素、TNF-α、IL-8、Periostin、TGF-β1水平,评估炎症积分。结果观察组脂联素水平显著高于空白组和模型组(P<0.05),模型组显著低于空白组(P<0.05);观察组及模型组TNF-α水平显著高于空白组(P<0.05),观察组显著低于模型组(P<0.05);观察组与模型组心肌组织中TGF-β1、periostin、IL-8水平及炎症积分水平显著高于空白组(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦可抑制TGF-β1表达,调控脂联素、periostin表达,降低炎症因子释放改善心肌组织损伤。
Objective To analyze the effect of valsartan on the expression of adiponectin, TGF-β1 and periostin in viral myocarditis mice. Methods 45 mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group and observation group. The observation group and model group underwent VMC modeling and the blank group was maintained normally. The blank group and model group were given gavage with normal saline. The observation group was given Valsartan The levels of adiponectin, TNF-α, IL-8, Periostin and TGF-β1 were measured and the inflammation scores were evaluated. Results The level of adiponectin in observation group was significantly higher than that in blank group and model group (P <0.05), and the level of TNF-α in observation group and model group was significantly lower than that in blank group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). The levels of TGF-β1, periostin, IL-8 and the levels of inflammation in the observation group and the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank group (P <0.05) The observation group was significantly lower than the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion Valsartan can inhibit the expression of TGF-β1, regulate the expression of adiponectin and periostin, reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines and improve myocardial injury.
