目的:建立稳定、灵敏、可靠的聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)–硝酸银分光光度法测定作业场所空气中的硫化氢的方法。方法:OP体系中硝酸银与硫化氢反应生成稳定的硫化银,用于测定作业场所空气中硫化氢。结果:硫化氢浓度在0.05 mg/m3~8.00 mg/m3范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2)=0.9995,回收率在99.4%~100%范围,相对标准偏差在0.86%~3.5%(n=6)范围。结论:用聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)-硝酸银分光光度法测定作业场所空气中的硫化氢,具有操作简便、稳定、灵敏、准确等特点,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a stable, sensitive and reliable method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace by polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether (OP) - silver nitrate spectrophotometry. Methods: In the OP system, silver nitrate reacts with hydrogen sulfide to form stable silver sulfide for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air at the work site. Results: The linear range of the concentration of hydrogen sulfide was 0.05 mg / m3 ~ 8.00 mg / m3 (R2) = 0.9995. The recoveries ranged from 99.4% to 100% with relative standard deviations of 0.86% ~ 3.5% 6) Range. Conclusion: The hydrogen sulfide in air of work place is determined by polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether (OP) - silver nitrate spectrophotometer. The method is simple, stable, sensitive and accurate. The results are satisfactory.
