辉钼矿属易浮矿物,是自然界钼资源的主要回收对象。在矿产资源中,单一钼矿床所占比例不大,钼主要是通过综合回收取得。由于矿石中钼的含量一般较低,与其它矿物的分离比较复杂和困难。特别是当钼矿石中共生着有机炭(如炭质页岩等)、滑石等极易浮的天然疏水性矿物时,则难以浮选分离,因而直接影响资源的利用。我们先后进行过辉铜矿与炭质页岩,辉钼矿与滑石及易浮硫化矿等共生矿石的选矿试验研究,由于在工艺流程中应用焙烧技术以促进其浮选分离,从而均得到了合格钼精矿。本文就低温焙烧对辉钼矿与易浮矿物的浮选分离作用加以探讨。
Molybdenum ore is easy to float minerals, is the main recovery of natural molybdenum resources. We have carried out beneficiation pilot study of chalcopyrite and carbonaceous shale, molybdenite and talc and easy floating sulfide ore and other symbiotic ore, as the application of roasting technology in the process to promote its flotation separation, which have been Qualified molybdenum concentrate. In this paper, low-temperature roasting of molybdenite and easy-floating mineral flotation separation is discussed.
