ZQAl 9-4铸造铝铁青铜具有较高的耐磨性和耐蚀性,同时其铸造性能较好,主要用来制造齿轮、蜗轮、阀座等高强度耐磨零件。实际生产中,若对该合金的成分及铸造工艺控制不当,将使热处理后的机械性能难以达到要求。为此本文作者对ZQAl 9-4铸造铝铁青铜的成分、组织及热处理等方面进行了试验。一、ZQAl 9-4铸造铝铁青铜的化学成分与组织
