用临床镜面反射显微镜对102个部份穿透角膜移植术后3月至24年透明的植片进行内皮照相检查,分析其结果表明: (1) 所有植片中央内皮细胞密度均较正常低。植片内皮细胞密度为500—2386/mm~2,平均为1296/mm~2。 (2) 植片内皮细胞密度与供体年龄和术后时间呈负相关,与植床内皮细胞密度呈正相关。虹膜前粘连(分离术后)的植片内皮细胞密度明显降低。 Endoscopic examination of 102 transparent grafts from 3 months to 24 years after penetrating keratoplasty was performed using a clinical specular microscope. The results showed that: (1) The central endothelial cell density of all the grafts was lower than normal. The density of implanted endothelial cells was 500-2386 / mm ~ 2, with an average of 1296 / mm ~ 2. (2) The density of implanted endothelial cells was negatively correlated with donor age and postoperative time, and positively correlated with the density of endothelial cells. The density of implanted endothelial cells before the iris adhesion (after separation) was significantly reduced.
