Iron deficiency is considered the world’s top three “hidden hunger” (micronutrient deficiencies) first, about 1/5 people worldwide suffer from iron deficiency anemia. According to a survey conducted by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the anemia rate of children in China is about 25%, the rate of anemia among women is about 20%, the rate of anemia in pregnant women is as high as 35%, and that of adult men is about 10%. Worryingly, iron deficiency anemia is already a sign of iron deficiency in people who are clinically represented in the absence of iron, much higher than this. Iron deficiency and anemia generally have no obvious symptoms except in severe cases, and not even clinically, and some patients themselves have not paid enough attention to its consequences. Iron deficiency and severe anemia
