利用T1~T13期丝绸之路经济带9省份工业“三废”、碳排放和GDP等数据计算各省份经济增长与环境污染退耦水平,采用空间统计的Moran指数分析方法对退耦水平空间集聚的结构特征与变化趋势进行分析。结果表明:从全局空间看,各时段9省份的退耦水平正负交替,多数未通过显著性检验,存在较弱的空间自相关性,空间随机型明显。从局部空间看,各时段9省份的退耦水平在空间分布上呈现出显著的空间离散型,表现为非均衡的空间分布状态。
The decoupling level of economic growth and environmental pollution in each province was calculated by using the data of “three wastes”, “three wastes”, carbon emissions and GDP of the nine provinces in the Silk Road Economic Belt from T1 to T13, and the decoupling level of economic growth and environmental pollution in each province was calculated. The Moran index of spatial statistics was used to analyze the decoupling horizontal space The structural features and trend of agglomeration are analyzed. The results show that, from the perspective of global space, decoupling levels of 9 provinces in each time period are positive and negative alternations, most of them fail the significance test, and there is a weak spatial autocorrelation with obvious spatial randomness. From the perspective of local space, the decoupling level of 9 provinces in each time period shows a significant spatial dispersion in the spatial distribution, showing a non-equilibrium spatial distribution.
