目前,我国汽车轮毂加工以手工搬运为主。这种传统的制造模式主要有两方面缺点,一方面容易导致操作工人劳动量过大,长时间的高强度工作容易造成多种职业病等问题;另一方面,以人工为主的制造模式不但效率低下,而且工件的制造质量受人为因素影响很大。为了解决轮毂加工过程中的这些难题,我公司自主研发了轮毂柔性自动加工单元。
