介绍了收率选择性延迟焦化(SYDEC)工艺的特点及应用情况,对该工艺的研发进展和创新进行了分析和总结。美国Foster Wheeler公司开发的SYDEC工艺作为重油改质的重要技术之一在全世界范围内广泛应用,该工艺以液体收率最大化为目的,操作是可灵活调节循环比并可根据不同原料生产燃料型焦炭或电极焦炭。目前SYDEC工艺的研发动向主要以提高液体收率、提高石油焦利用价值为主。
The characteristics and applications of the process of yield selective delayed coking (SYDEC) are introduced. The development and innovation of this process are analyzed and summarized. Developed by the United States Foster Wheeler SYDEC process as one of the important technology of heavy oil reforming is widely used around the world, the process to maximize liquid yield for the purpose of operating flexibility to adjust the cycle ratio and can be based on different raw materials to produce fuel Coke or electrode coke.
