疟疾曾是我县最常见的急性传染病之一，昔日广为流行，在农村甚为猖獗，危害严重，直至五十年代发病率仍高达５５５－５４／万。此后经大力防治，发病虽有所下降，但疫情很不稳定，１９９２年又大幅度回升，发病率回升至３２－５９／万，发病人数居各类传染病之首。１９９３年
Malaria was once one of the most common acute infectious diseases in our county. It was widely prevalent in the past and was rampant in the rural areas. It was seriously endangered until the incidence rate was as high as 555-54 per 10,000 in the 1950s. Since then, the epidemic has not stabilized despite vigorous prevention and treatment.
