借鉴经济学理论分析影响高职院校学生工作运行状况的指标为三大类共十个指标,他们是基础性指标中的上课率、就寝率,保障性指标中的新生报到率、毕业生就业率,发展性指标中欠费率、流失率、考试作弊率、违纪率、补考率、刑事案件率等。这十个指标是动态的、变化的、发展的,不同时期、不同的班级、不同的院(系)指标的变化率是不一样的,同时他们又是相互制约、相互支撑、相互关联、相互影响的。这十个率的升高和降低能够比较全面的反映学生工作运行的状况,关注这十个率的变化、考量这十个率的变化是高职院校学生工作的重点。
According to the economic theory, the author analyzes the indexes that affect the working condition of students in higher vocational colleges for a total of ten indicators in three categories. They are the school-based rate, the rate of arrival, the rate of freshmen in the guarantee index, the rate of graduates’ employment Rates, Underdeveloped Rates, Lost Rates, Cheating Rates, Probation Rates, Re-examination Rates, and Criminal Case Rates. These ten indicators are dynamic, changing, developing, different periods, different classes, different indicators of hospital (department) rate of change is not the same, at the same time they are mutual restraint, mutual support, interrelated, mutual Affected. The increase and decrease of these ten rates can more fully reflect the status of students ’work, pay attention to the changes of these ten rates. Considering the changes of these ten rates is the focus of students’ work in higher vocational colleges.
