多阳极位置灵敏光电倍增管(PSPMT)被广泛地用来开发高分辨的小型γ相机模块。探讨了PSPMT的位置读出电路的简化设计研究,并针对日本滨松的H8500型多阳极PSPMT,设计和开发了离散位置读出电路(DPC)和均衡电荷分配电路(SCDC)两种简化的位置读出电路,并在SCDC中加入了局域重心(TCOG)的定位方法,进一步地优化读出电路的简化设计。初步的实验测试结果表明,SCDC结合TCOG定位法,能显著地改善探测器的定位非线性及压缩效应,扩展有效的成像视野(FOV),比DPC方法的有效视野增大了约20%。
Multi-anode position-sensitive photomultiplier tubes (PSPMTs) are widely used to develop high-resolution, compact gamma camera modules. The simplified design of the position readout circuit of PSPMT is discussed. Two simplified positions of discrete position readout circuit (DPC) and balanced charge distribution circuit (SCDC) are designed and developed for Hamamatsu H8500 multi-anode PSPMT. Read out the circuit, and in the SCDC joined the local center of gravity (TCOG) positioning method to further optimize the simplified design of the readout circuit. The preliminary experimental results show that the combination of SCDC and TCOG can significantly improve the localization and compression effects of the detector and extend the effective field of view (FOV), which is about 20% larger than that of the DPC method.
